For the restoration of the building stock of the "Vrbitsa" workshop to normal operation and long-term maintenance of the buildings, as well as for ensuring trouble-free operation, the following types of work are planned for the respective parts: Demolition of roof waterproofing, removal of compromised cement mortar for roof slope, demolition of drainage elements, demolition of old joinery, demolition of thermal insulation package, removal of old plaster on facades, demolition of protective grilles, demolition of parapets, demolition of sidewalk concrete paving, demolition of tiles installed on the outer terrace in front of the entrance and staircase, supply and installation of new bitumen waterproofing, supply and installation of PVC and Aluminium (for external door) joinery, supply and installation of thermal insulation package on facade from stone wool and XPS boards, construction of new sidewalk concrete paving with the necessary slopes for drainage, edged with curbs, supply and installation of new parapets and others.
