Renovation of two listed office buildings, LRA-MB, House B and C, and the office building House D in different, staggered construction phases, hence different planning phases (1st planning phase, 1st section: 07. Sep 2026-31.01.2027 and 2nd planning phase, 2nd section: 01.06.2027-01.04.2028). The contract is awarded step-by-step in 4 stages. In a first construction phase, two listed, three-storey office buildings with a single-storey interconnecting structure will be renovated, and in a second construction phase, a further office building will be renovated. Object data: Section 1 – House B and C Gross floor area: approx. 746 sqm (building without paved areas in the outdoor area) Main usable area: G-F-1 1.261 sqm Total area: UG-G-F-1 2.193 sqm Section 2 – House D Gross floor area: approx. 733 sqm Main usable area: G-F 1.448 sqm Total area: UG-G-F 1.905 sqm (top floor not developed) The buildings are to implement a realignment as a modern, digital administration and the necessity of renovation due to age-related wear and tear. The work comprises only the interior construction, renovations in the facade and exterior area were completed in advance. Room concepts and room allocations as well as a cost estimate are available. Planning for the first construction phase is to begin in mid-2026, construction will be carried out in 2027/2028. Planning for the second construction phase is scheduled to begin at the end of 2027, construction in 2028/29. According to a rough cost estimate, total construction costs of 3.1 million € gross were determined for House B and C, and 2.3 million € for House D.
