France – Elevator-platforms trucks – Fourniture et livraison d’une nacelle automotrice à flèche télescopique grande hauteur pour le Grand Port Maritime de la Guyane

The present consultation concerns the supply of a high-reach boom lift for the Grand Port Maritime de la Guyane and associated services as described below:

• To supply a self-propelled telescopic boom lift on wheels with thermal engine;

• To deliver this lift to the container-roll on/roll off terminal of the Grand Port Maritime in French Guiana;

• To carry out commissioning tests, provide training for the use and handling of the lift for the user personnel;

• To provide a solid technical warranty on the lift;

• To deliver with the lift, a set of spare parts and consumables to constitute a minimum stock of parts and allow the contracting authority to ensure rapid restarting of the equipment by using parts/consommables from this buffer stock;

• To propose a 4-year maintenance contract for the equipment to ensure its proper functioning, safety and lifespan.
