The purpose of the tender is to contract an installation advisor for the development of the mechanical installations and an installation advisor for the development of the electrical installations for the new municipal depot of the municipality of Amstelveen. The tender is divided into two lots: - Lot 1: Installation advisor mechanical installations (W) - Lot 2: Installation advisor electrical installations (E) The installation advisor will be selected for both lots on the basis of the economically most advantageous tender (MEAT), determined on the basis of the best price-quality ratio. The available plots on BedrijvenTerrein Amstelveen-Zuid (BTAZ) amount to approximately 30,000 m². Of this, - 10,000 m² is reserved for raw materials processing; - 7,500 m² for the waste transfer station; - 12,500 m² for the municipal depot. In the Programme of Requirements (PvE), the following gross floor areas are requested, in broad outline: - Raw materials hall 5,000m2/BVO - Waste transfer station with workshop 4,380m2/BVO - Municipal depot 7,030m2/BVO In the meantime, an architectural firm has been selected on the basis of the PvE and a Preliminary Design (SO) has been made. In the permitting phase, the PvE will be made available and it will be further specified which functions and facilities are desired per component as well as the SO of the architectural firm. The total scope of the realisation is currently estimated at approximately € 27 million (excl. VAT).
