Under the framework of the contract, the project titled "Charging Developments on the Right Bank of the Upper Tisza, between the Border and Gulács" complies with the content of Act LXIX of 2023 and the relevant legislation.

Design and construction (building, development) of water facilities: Construction and/or development of flood protection water facilities; Construction and/or raising (development) of primary and/or secondary flood protection embankments over a length of 13,577 m; Construction and/or development of flood protection structures; Construction and/or development of embankment crown covering on flood protection embankments over a length of 13,577 m.

Design and construction of water facilities: Design, construction, and development of flood protection water facilities; Design, construction, and development of flood protection structures, construction and development of embankment crown covering. 1.) Design and construction of water facilities: Flood protection embankment construction and/or raising (development) works totalling 12,311 m in length. Reconstruction of embankment crown covering on flood protection embankments 12,311 m in length. Design, construction (primary and secondary embankment construction and/or raising), and development of flood protection water facilities; Design, construction, and development of flood protection structures, construction and development of embankment crown covering.

Right bank of the Tisza Embankment between 48+200-51+991 tkm (3791m) - Clearance works 56,600 m2 - Demolition works: 6677 m3 - Temporary ancillary structures: 3791 m - Embankment construction earthworks: 197,221 m3 - Covering construction: 15,400 m2 - Embankment appurtenances: 3791 m - Utility diversions: 2 units

Right bank of the Tisza Embankment between 54+292-62+812 tkm (8520m) - Clearance works 30,800 m2 - Demolition works: 8700 m3 - Temporary ancillary structures: 8520 m - Embankment construction earthworks: 513,298 m3 - Covering construction: 34,830 m2 - Embankment appurtenances: 8520 m - Utility diversions: 2 units

2.) River regulation structures: Reconstruction of the Badaló riverbank protection - Water construction natural stone: 4900 m2 - Clearance works: 1200 m2 - Selective tree removal: 30 units - Masonry works: 4900 m3 - Surface restoration: 600 m2 - Site restoration: 1500 m2

3.) Other expert services: Nature conservation supervision, archaeological supervision

4.) Site preparation: Demining, geodesy, soil works (for archaeological excavation)

5.) Implementation, operation, and permitting documentation – 1 set of Execution drawings (Right bank of the Tisza Embankment between 48+200-51+991 tkm) - 1 set of Execution drawings (Right bank of the Tisza Embankment between 54+292-62+812 tkm) - 1 set of Badaló riverbank protection reconstruction - Preparation of a reuse plan - Examination and consideration of compliance with the DNSH principle

It is the contractor's responsibility to ensure that the interventions implemented are carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle during the construction, and to check and enforce that the implementation of the interventions complies with the DNSH principle in accordance with the requirements of the relevant KEHOP Plusz call and the provisions set out in point 3.19 of Section III of the procurement documents.

The DNSH principles applicable to the present investment are as follows: - Nature-based solutions and minimization of energy requirements (partially) - Identification and consideration of ecological requirements - Use of native species - Green procurement (partially) - Preparation of a reuse plan

The winning bidder is responsible for the preparation of the permitting, construction, and implementation plans in accordance with Government Decree 191/2009 (IX. 15.) and the relevant legislation, as well as the preparation of the reuse plan in accordance with Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015 (X. 30.).

The tenderer draws attention to the fact that, where the unambiguous and generally understandable definition of the subject of the procurement has necessitated reference to a specific branded, sourced, typed item, procedure, activity, person, patent, or trademark, the designation has been made solely for the purpose of clearly defining the nature of the subject matter, and the phrase "or an equivalent" shall always be understood in addition to the designation.

The tenderer draws attention to the fact that in the case of offering an equivalent item, the equivalence must be proven by the AT in the offer.
