Germany – Software package and information systems – Rahmenvertrag Secrets und Privileged Access Management System

A product-specific Secrets and Privileged Access Management System is being tendered. The contracting authority intends to procure software components on a license basis as a rental in the on-premises operating model. The contractor is also to provide product training, consulting or support services on an optional and on-demand basis. The EVB-IT framework agreement will be applied. The maximum volume for orders from this contract is set at 2,1 million euro net. There is no entitlement to exhaust this maximum limit. Within the term of the framework agreement of four years, licenses can be ordered up to the maximum limit. The basic services will be ordered for 48 months. The framework agreement comes into force with the award of the contract. It expires four years after acceptance of the installation services (implementation project), without the need for termination, or prematurely upon reaching the maximum volumes. After its termination, the framework agreement continues to apply for the term of the individual orders.
