Land transport services for healthcare establishments in the GHT 84. This is a framework agreement, either single-supplier or multi-supplier, with a maximum amount of 10 652 000 euros VAT included over its total duration. It is executed as orders for transport or purchase orders are issued, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 to R. 2162-14 of the Public Procurement Code. The framework agreement is concluded for a period from 1 January 2027 (or from its notification date if later) to 31 December 2027. It may be renewed 3 times, for successive 12-month periods. The final execution date is 31 December 2030.
