Germany – Cleaning services – Umbau und Sanierung der Nikolaikirche Anklam zur Integration des Lilienthal Flight Museum (LFM)

The construction measure includes the renovation and maintenance of the Nikolaikirche at Nikolaikirchstr. 7, 17389 Anklam, as well as the integration of exhibition spaces for the Lilienthal Flight Museum. This includes the installation of wooden galleries with steel balconies and staircases, the restoration of gable roofs on the tower, and the construction of an elevator to provide barrier-free access to the galleries. The historic building is to be used as a modern museum while being preserved in a manner appropriate to its status as a protected structure. The renovation and expansion of the Nikolaikirche forms a sub-measure and the third construction phase (BA3) of the overall IKAREUM project.
