The contract concerns services of: • Information security risk identification, analysis, evaluation, and treatment advisory; • Real-time (24/7/365) operational security by a Security Operations Center (SOC); • Incident security response (CSIRT). This contract does not include personal data protection advisory services, except on an ancillary basis. The Data Protection Officer activity is the subject of a separate contract.
