Czechia – Repair and maintenance services of security equipment – Rozšíření technologie bezpečnostního systému PZTS, SKV, DVS do haly nacházející se na pozemku parc. č. 1638/69, 1638/88 v k.ú. Šenov u Nového Jičína

The purpose of this tender is to conclude a contract for a work no. 134/26 (hereinafter referred to as “SOD”) with one supplier for the purpose of comprehensive supply, assembly, installation, configuration, integration and commissioning of technical security systems in the hall located in the area of the contracting authority in accordance with the content of the SOD and its annexes, i.e. the Price List (Annex No. 1 to the SOD) and the drawing documentation (Annex No. 2 to the SOD), and this for the entire validity of this SOD. The SOD is Annex No. 7 to this TD. The subject of the public contract includes in particular: - supply and installation of an alarm and emergency system (PZTS), - supply and installation of an electronic access control system (SKV), - supply and installation of a surveillance video system (DVS), - implementation of cable routes, data and optical infrastructure, - assembly, installation, configuration and programming of individual technological components, - integration of all supplied systems into a single security system of the contracting authority, - processing of installation documentation of the actual implementation, - carrying out functional tests, commissioning, - training of operators, - handover of documentation, inspection reports and other documents, - provision of warranty service for a minimum of 2 years. A detailed specification of the subject of the contract is given in Annex No. 1 to the SOD – Technical Specification and Price List. The contracting authority requires that all newly supplied components and technologies be fully compatible with the existing security system used by the contracting authority, both in terms of technical connection and software integration and central management. The contracting authority operates a security system from the manufacturer NOVAR GmbH, including the central monitoring software WINMAG Plus. The supplier is obliged to ensure that all supplied components will be fully integrated into this system and will allow its unified management and operation without limiting functionality. The contracting authority states that this PC is part of a wider technical and functional unit of security systems in the area of the contracting authority. When determining the estimated value of the PC and choosing the tendering procedure, the contracting authority proceeded in accordance with the prohibition of splitting the subject of the PC pursuant to Section 18 of the Act. The individual services form a single functional unit, as they are interrelated in terms of subject matter, technology and time and aim to ensure a single security system in the area of the contracting authority. For this reason, the contracting authority awards the PC in the above-threshold procedure. The performance of the PC follows on from already implemented parts of the security system and extends its functionality to other objects of the contracting authority. The contracting authority states that this PC is part of a wider technical and functional unit of security systems in the area of the contracting authority.
