The subject of the public procurement is the creation of a dynamic purchasing system (hereinafter "DNS") for placing orders for the purchase and delivery of licenses including related services for the needs of the Social Insurance Agency. The detailed specification of the subject of the order, its exact scope, as well as other supplementary information will be provided in the call for tenders for a specific order. The aim of setting up the DNS is to create a platform for placing orders in the DNS in order to allow the contracting authority to place orders flexibly in accordance with the law on public procurement, according to its real needs in the area of securing licenses and related services within its information system.
