Netherlands – Motor vehicles – Operationele Autolease 2026 v1.1

The procurement aims to conclude one or two framework agreements for the full operational lease of new vehicles to be procured, including passenger cars, small commercial vehicles, and occasionally other vehicles, such as trucks, as further detailed in the procurement guidelines and contract documents. The estimated and maximum value indicated in this notice are the annual values for all contracting authorities together if all vehicles in use at the contracting authorities are delivered under the framework agreements with Suppliers. This will not be the case in the first years. For further clarification of the estimated value, reference is made to the procurement guidelines.
