Services according to the scope of services for site planning - open spaces (Appendix 11, HOAI 2021) with phases 1-9 and special services. Site planning for the construction of a two-storey extension with an addition and the new construction of a two-court sports hall for phases 1 to 9. As part of the preliminary design, two variants of the sports hall (above ground or partially underground) are to be examined in terms of their impact on the open spaces and the outdoor area. The open spaces are to be adapted to be suitable for primary schools again in the area of the structural intervention. As part of the extension, the planning of an attractive and functional recreation area for use by the nursery and the all-day school (oGTS) is planned. The playground should be developed into an attractive, functional and economical (climate-resilient) recreation area. Additional parking spaces for staff are to be created.
