France – Repair and maintenance services of building installations – Maintenance multitechnique pour le site de l'imprimerie fiduciaire de la Banque de France (63)

This contract covers multi-technical maintenance services for the Banque de France's fiduciaire printing works, located in Longues (63). This concerns the new printing works - Refondation project. The scope includes the following areas: Electrical (high and low voltage) HVAC Plumbing and fluid networks Lifting equipment and platforms (not yet known, awaiting information from Refondation) Automatic doors, MC and elevators Roofs/terraces maintenance For the entire technical scope, the contract includes the following services: Operation and monitoring of installations Systematic and conditional preventive maintenance Corrective maintenance (except for the first year, according to the scope covered by GPA) Emergency interventions and operational assistance 24/7 on sensitive installations Supply of spare parts with a value of less than 150€ Assistance with regulatory periodic checks Assistance with works on installations subject to this contract Monitoring of indicators, periodic meeting facilitation and Reporting
