The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from residential properties located in the area of the Gmina Czosnów and from the Selective Collection Point for Municipal Waste, in a manner that ensures the achievement of appropriate levels of recycling, preparation for reuse and recovery by other methods, as well as the reduction of the mass of biodegradable municipal waste transferred for disposal. 2. The detailed scope of the contract subject is specified in Annex 1 to the Essential Conditions of the Contract (ECC) – Description of the Contract Subject. Other conditions regarding the implementation of the contract have been specified in the Draft Contract Clauses (DCC) constituting Annex 2 to the ECC.
