The child centre to be built will also accommodate the library Enter, and the childcare organisations Het Kroontje and De Kindertuin, in addition to De Talenter and De Wegwijzer. The work has a total size of approximately 3,800 m². Allowance must be made for a possible extension of a maximum of 10%. The following work is within the scope of the contract:

Lot 1 – Main Contractor:

• Architectural and structural execution work;

• Coordination of subcontractors/direct deliveries;

• Fixed furniture (including a compact staircase)

Lot 2 – Technical Installations Contractor

• Mechanical and electrical execution work;

Lot 3 – Other

The following work is not within the scope of the contract* and will be tendered/purchased separately via the lots arrangement by the contracting authority:
