Czechia – Electronic meters – Výměna stávajících vodoměrů a ITN, instalace odečtových sběrnic, poskytování služeb portálu a rozúčtování SV a TV nákladů ITN v bytových domech ÚMČ Brno Nový Lískovec

The subject of the public procurement is the exchange (demolition) of existing radio water meters for hot and cold water (hereinafter "TV" and "SV") for the supply and installation of new meters with remote data collection, including the provision of monthly consumption information. The meters will be installed on water pipes in installation shafts of residential and non-residential units. Consumption values will be activated via a portal service (data bus) and access to the customer portal will be provided, which will provide monthly consumption information for individual service recipients in accordance with the applicable legislation. Furthermore, the exchange of heat cost indicators (hereinafter "ITN") for the supply and installation of new meters with remote data collection, including the provision of monthly consumption information and billing services in residential buildings on the territory of the Contracting Authority. The meters will be installed on heating bodies of individual apartments and non-residential spaces, or in the case of calorimeters on the piping of the central heating. This public procurement also includes the provision of services defined by the terms of the metering and billing service contract in accordance with Act No. 67/2013 Coll., the Act amending certain matters related to the provision of services related to the use of residential and non-residential premises in a residential building, in its current wording and in accordance with Decree No. 269/2015 Coll., on the billing of costs in the wording of later regulations. The metering and billing service contract will be concluded for a period of 10 years (cycle of radio modules and data buses), the binding proposal of which forms Annex No. 5 of the tender documentation. Before the start of the implementation, it is necessary to contact the technician of the housing and other economic department, who will specify which of the residential units will be free (hand over the keys) during the implementation, and which residential units and spaces will be used by the tenant during the implementation. The selected supplier (contractor) will notify the tenants one week before the start of the work that the existing radio meters will be replaced with meters with remote data collection. The notification will be made in the form of a written notice placed in a visible location (elevator, main door, noticeboard).
