It is intended to conclude active substance selective rebate agreements in accordance with Section 130a (8) SGB V with pharmaceutical companies for the supply of finished medicinal products according to the procurement documents available in electronic form. The procurement is divided into active substance-related lots. For details, please refer to the contractual conditions and the price lists for the individual lots as part of the procurement documents.
