France – Construction work for buildings relating to railway transport – Travaux de conception du Pôle d'Echanges Multimodal (PEM) de LA PAULINE 83

In the framework of the LNPCA Phase 1 project, the subject of this contract is the construction of a new multimodal station at La PAULINE station. The La Pauline-Hyères operation includes the relocation of the current station and the creation of a new Multimodal Exchange Hub (MEH) comprising a new double-sided station, a new bus station and landscaping. This MEH will be deployed on either side of the new railway platform. Market broken down into 3 lots:

CE 1.1 - Earthworks, diversions, roads and drainage (foundation masses)

CE 1.2 - Lighting and dry networks

CE 1.3 - Landscaping (subcontractor desired)

CE 1.4 - Fencing and furniture

Lot 2 - Building

CE 2.1 - General works and foundations

CE 2.2 - Metal framework

CE 2.3 - Second works

CE 2.4 - Facades and roofing

Lot 3 - Technical lots

CE 3.1 - CFO/CFA / Sound system

CE 3.2 - HVAC / Plumbing / Sanitary
