Spain – Cleaning services – Servicio de limpieza, desinfección, desratización y desinsectación y recogida selectiva de residuos sólidos urbanos del edificio «O» (Barcelona) de la Universitat Oberta de Catalunya.

The contract covers the services necessary to maintain the conditions of cleanliness, hygiene and health of the building «O» of the UOC, located at Rambla del Poblenou, 156, Barcelona. It is divided into two lots:

Lote 1: Ordinary and extraordinary cleaning of interior and exterior spaces, disinfection, deratisation and disinfestation, supply and collection of hygiene containers and refill of bacteriostatics, with the necessary personal, material and technical means.

Lote 2: Preparation, selective collection and transport of the waste generated in the building, as well as its delivery to authorised managers for recycling, valorisation or treatment, with documentary accreditation of the quantities collected and their final destination.
