The subject of the public procurement is the successive supply of foodstuffs for the needs of the contracting authority, which will be carried out on the basis of a framework agreement in the period and under the conditions determined in the documentation related to the public procurement procedure. The supply includes various types of foodstuffs as defined in the technical specifications and pre-calculation forms, which are part of the documentation related to the public procurement procedure. Individual supplies will be carried out successively, according to the actual needs of the contracting authority and on the basis of individual orders, in accordance with the provisions of the framework agreement.
