The procurement concerns individual coaching, i.e. a proactive individual intervention with a focus on supporting a person through reflection and dialogue. The coaching intervention shall develop and strengthen the individual's behaviours in their current role as a manager and/or leader. The procurement also includes tools/instruments to identify strengths and areas for development in individuals. Target group: all management levels and leaders in Stockholm City.
