Sweden – Bin-cleaning services – Tvätt av kärl och miljöhus

The contracting authority is procuring a service for the washing of waste bins and washing of environmental houses/environmental rooms within the contracting authority's property portfolio. The contract includes approximately 1,400 waste bins distributed across approximately 300 addresses. The bins are for, among other things, food waste, residual waste, and other fractions such as plastic, paper, and metal. The agreement includes both mandatory washing of bins at a set frequency, and additional services that are ordered as needed according to a fixed price list. The service must be carried out in such a way that a high level of hygiene, good living environment, and reduced odour are ensured.
