France – Advisory architectural services – CONCOURS DE MAITRISE D'OEUVRE POUR LA CONSTRUCTION DE 27 LOGEMENTS RUE LOUIS MARCHAND A GENILAC

The details of the missions entrusted to the successful tenderer are set out in the technical specifications. The services are paid for by lump-sum prices. The project management mission is established in accordance with Articles L. 2410-1 and following of the Public Procurement Code. The Technical Specifications (CCTP) of the contract specifies and complements the mission elements as defined by the Public Procurement Code and notably specifies their conditions of execution. The programme provides for: - The construction of individual family homes (mostly T4 units) - The creation of individual or intermediate housing in the building of the old forge (mostly T4 units) - The construction of a collective building and/or intermediate housing of 16 "senior housing units" (T2 and T3) - The development of the plot to meet all the needs related to the programme, notably parking, management of rainwater, household waste, security… On the approximately 4 300 m² site, 1 200 m² are built. To preserve the history of the site, the contracting authority wishes to retain some buildings. Thus, part of the programme, as mentioned above, will be carried out within the envelope of the existing buildings (whose condition requires complete clearing for new occupation). This objective also meets the strong challenge of integrating the project into the surrounding residential area. The contracting authority reserves the right during the negotiation to optimise, specify or modify in a non-substantial manner the description of the needs.
