The subject of the contract is the maintenance of roadside greenery in the lanes of county roads, including the conservation and maintenance of the tree population in the area of Zgierski County in the years 2027-2028. 3. Detailed guidelines regarding the execution of the subject of the contract include: 1) price forms - constituting an annex to the Offer Form constituting annex no. 1 to the SWZ; 2) contract project - annex no. 4 to the SWZ; 3) technical documentation – annex no. 5 to the SWZ, which includes: a) description of the subject of the contract - annex no. 5A to the SWZ; b) tree cutting instructions - annex no. 5B to the SWZ; c) Road List – annex no. 5C to the SWZ; d) Roadside Greenery SST – annex no. 5D to the SWZ; e) Roadside Greenery Maintenance SST – annex no. 5E to the SWZ.
