Poland – Computer equipment and supplies – Dostawa urządzeń komputerowych (część I) oraz urządzeń ciepłownicznych (część II) w ramach projektu pn. „Laboratorium dobrego zawodu - wsparcie szkolnictwa zawodowego w ZSB nr 1, ZSO, ZSM oraz CKZiU w Poznaniu”

The subject of the contract is the delivery of equipment to educational facilities as part of the project entitled "Laboratory of a Good Profession - Support for Vocational Education in ZSB nr 1, ZSO, ZSM and CKZiU in Poznań", co-financed from the funds of the European Union, within the framework of the European Funds for Wielkopolska 2021-2027, divided into parts: a) Part I: computer equipment, i.e. monitors for desktop computers, desktop computers, laptops, office software, professional photo editing software, external disk in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex I.1 to the contract, b) Part II: i.e. heat pump, diagnostic device in accordance with the description of the subject of the contract specified in Annex I.2 to the contract. 2) Environmental aspect: The Purchaser requires that the equipment offered in part i be produced by a manufacturer who has implemented the standards/actions referred to in point III.2 SWZ. 3) Subject-specific evidential means: To confirm that the offered delivery meets the requirements and standards specified by the Purchaser in the Subject of the Contract for both parts, the Purchaser requires the submission of a Declaration, which is Annex 6 to SWZ, together with the offer. If the Contractor does not submit the subject-specific evidential means referred to above or the submitted subject-specific evidential means is incomplete, the Purchaser will call for its submission or completion within the specified time limit. 4) Contractors who may apply for the contract are those who: 1) are not excluded on the basis of: a) Article 108(1) of the Act, b) Article 7(1) of the Act of 13 April 2022 on special solutions in the field of counteracting the support of aggression on Ukraine and serving to protect national security, c) Article 5k(1) of the Council of the European Union Regulation 2025/2033 of 23 October 2025 amending Regulation (EU) 833/2014 of 31 July 2014 concerning restrictive measures in view of Russia's actions destabilising the situation in Ukraine. 5) Information on the Declaration referred to in Article 125(1) of the Act, the list of declarations, documents, subject-specific evidential means, confirming the absence of grounds for exclusion and the fulfilment of the conditions for participation in the procedure, joint application for the contract by Contractors, documents of foreign entities is contained in point VI SWZ. 6) Other documents submitted together with the offer are contained in point VI.12 SWZ. 7) Information on electronic communication means, by which the Purchaser will communicate with the Contractors, is contained in point VIII SWZ. 8) The Purchaser does not require the submission of a bid bond.
