The contracting authority organises and facilitates various events of varying size and nature at different locations within the municipality. The contract therefore relates to events that take place throughout the municipality. The largest and most extensive use of event materials takes place during the carnival period, but the framework agreement also applies to other events organised or facilitated by the contracting authority. More information can be found in the guide. The scope of the contract is based on historical procurement data and current expectations regarding future events within the municipality. The historical contract value amounts to approximately € 300,000, excluding VAT, over a period of four years. The contracting authority expects that the volume of future procurement during the term of the framework agreement will be in line with this historical contract value. No rights can be derived from the mentioned volume and any included estimates. The contracting authority does not give a procurement guarantee and is not obliged to procure a minimum turnover from the contractor. More information can be found in the guide.
