Bulgaria – IT services: consulting, software development, Internet and support – „Развитие и въвеждане на Институционална архитектура на АМ по отношение на Система за управление на идентичностите и достъпа (СУИД)“

The subject and scope of the public procurement contract includes the performance of the following activities:

1. Main Activity 1: "Development of the Institutional Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to the Identity and Access Management System (SIAM)";

2. Main Activity 2: "Introduction of the Institutional Architecture of the Customs Agency in relation to the Identity and Access Management System (SIAM)", through:

Upgraded 1 Identity and Access Management System in accordance with the Union's functional requirements arising from UUM&DS, Release 2.8;

Implemented 1 integration of SIAM with the System for direct access of traders to the European IS UUM&DS, Release 2.8;

Updated versions of OpenText Identity Manager 25.4 (NetIQ Identity Manager 4.10.2) and OpenText Access Manager 25.3 (NetIQ Access Manager 5.1.2) to the latest current versions released by the manufacturer and reengineering of SIAM if necessary;

Updated, if necessary, 2 specifications related to SIAM, in relation to the requirements arising from UUM&DS, Release 2.8, the latest current versions of the ready-made solutions of OpenText Identity Manager 25.4 (NetIQ Identity Manager 4.10.2) and OpenText Access Manager 25.3 (NetIQ Access Manager 5.1.2) and upgrading of existing work processes (workflows) and functionalities of SIAM;

Upgraded existing work processes (workflows) and functionalities of SIAM;

Maintained existing integrations of SIAM with customs information systems, national registers (Trade Register, BULSTAT Register, Register National Population Database and Register Single Register of Foreigners) and RegiX, and if necessary, upgrading of integrations with the requirements arising from UUM&DS, Release 2.8, the latest current versions of the ready-made solutions of OpenText Identity Manager 25.4 (NetIQ Identity Manager 4.10.2) and OpenText Access Manager 25.3 (NetIQ Access Manager 5.1.2) and upgrading of existing work processes (workflows) and functionalities of SIAM.

3. Main Activity 3: "Training of 50 employees of the Customs Agency (10 application administrators, 5 system administrators, 5 users for registration of IO in the E-Portal of the Customs Agency and 30 users with manager rights) for working with the implemented functionalities of the activity".
