Slovenia – Special-purpose road passenger-transport services – Prevoz osnovnošolskih otrok na območju Občine Kočevje za obdobje treh (3) let, pri katerem se upoštevajo okoljski vidiki (ponovitev postopka za sklop 1)

The subject of the public contract is the provision of special scheduled transport services for school-age children in the municipality of Kočevje, specifically on the route: A: Koprivnik – Mačkovec – Cvišlerji – bus station – Cesta v Mestni log 39, OŠ OR. The services will be provided from the start of the contract to 31. 8. 2029, with regular services operating on days when classes are in session, in accordance with the school calendar. The contracting authority is issuing this subject-specific public procurement in accordance with the Green Public Procurement Regulation (Official Gazette of the Republic of Slovenia, No. 51/17, 64/19, 121/21, 132/23 and 43/25; hereinafter: Regulation), specifically in the part relating to road transport vehicles and transport services (point 14 of the first paragraph of Article 4 of the Regulation).
