The subject of the procurement is a comprehensive service for the management of municipal waste, consisting of: a) accepting municipal waste, specified by type for the procurement, at the location indicated and provided by the Contractor for the acceptance of municipal waste from the municipal waste collection operator, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents, b) processing the accepted municipal waste in recovery (R) and/or disposal (D) processes, and/or storing it at the location indicated and provided by the Contractor for the management of municipal waste, in a manner compliant with the law and the requirements arising from the procurement documents, c) fulfilling reporting and information obligations, d) fulfilling obligations that guarantee the Procurement Authority the possibility to exercise control and verification rights, e) the total estimated quantity of municipal waste to be managed during the contract period is: 9 146,80 Mg.
