Contract object: Supply and delivery of: Plug-in hybrid patrol vehicle (minimum 6+1 seats), Satellite communication terminal, Night vision device, Survival and rescue equipment for crews, Portable GPS and Car trailer for ATV transport to the contracting authority's headquarters (UM 0716 Baia Mare – Inspectoratul de Jandarmi Județean Maramureș). Following an analysis at the Inspectoratul de Jandarmi Județean Maramureș of the level of equipment and intervention capacity in the field of protecting natural biodiversity, it was found necessary to acquire specific equipment and means for the safe execution of missions by the personnel of the Inspectoratul de Jandarmi Județean Maramureș, in order to achieve the objective of consolidating the protection and conservation of nature, biodiversity, green infrastructure, and forestry in the Romanian-Ukrainian cross-border area. The specific objective is to consolidate the protection and conservation of nature, biodiversity, green infrastructure, and forestry in the Romanian-Ukrainian cross-border area. The purpose of the acquisition is to achieve the project's objective by increasing the equipment and preparation of operational personnel in order to develop innovative strategies for consolidating the supervision, control, conservation, and protection of the forest fund, with the aim of protecting biodiversity. Thus, by acquiring the equipment, the response time, as well as the deployment of forces in a timely and efficient manner and the supervision in good conditions of the area of interest, will be reduced, increasing the efficiency of the law enforcement forces involved. Interested economic operators may request clarifications/additional information up to the 18th day before the deadline for submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond, clearly and competently, to all requests for clarification/additional information 11 days before the deadline for submission of tenders.
