The contract is a framework agreement under Article R. 2162-2 of the Public Procurement Code. This framework agreement will be single-supplier and will result in the issuance of purchase orders by the Public Purchaser, as needs arise, under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-13 and 14 of the Public Procurement Code. The minimum and maximum amounts are understood per 12-month periods, and are as follows: Lot 1: Minimum amount: 350 000,00 euro(s) excl. VAT and Maximum amount: 1 200 000,00 euro(s) excl.
