Denmark – Construction work – Udbud af totalentreprisekontrakt vedr. opførelse af almene boliger på Enghave Brygge Syd

AP Ejendomme, together with fsb, is offering a total enterprise contract for the construction of approximately 22,850 m2 of BBR public housing for the housing organisation fsb at Enghave Brygge Syd, section 01-106 ("fsb"), building sections N2 and N3, according to local plan 494 with supplement 3. The contract concerns the construction of 312 public family dwellings, including co-housing and youth housing with associated common areas, a technical building and similar. AP Ejendomme is the delegated client and is responsible for the overall coordination with the other building sections, while the parties have agreed that fsb is responsible for the ongoing contact with the Total Consultant and the Total Contractor. The Total Contractor's contact persons will therefore be employees of fsb. The procurement is carried out as a procurement on an extended disposition proposal with a project optimisation phase, where the parties together must review and process identified optimisation areas. The project material is, at the time of the procurement, developed to a disposition proposal and, on some points, closer to a level corresponding to a project proposal. The client and the total consultant have designated selected optimisation areas, which can be discussed and decided in the project optimisation phase. After the completion of the project optimisation phase, the total consultant Vandkunsten A/S with sub-consultant Artelia A/S will transfer to the total contractor, after which the project will be carried out as a traditional total enterprise.
