Poland – Refuse and waste related services – Odbiór, transport i zagospodarowanie odpadów komunalnych z nieruchomości zamieszkałych i domków letniskowych z terenu miasta i gminy Ślesin

The subject of the contract is the provision of municipal services, consisting of the collection, transport and disposal of municipal waste from the owners of residential properties and properties with holiday homes, or other properties used for recreational purposes, from the area of the city and municipality of Ślesin in accordance with applicable legal provisions, as well as the equipment of properties with the quantities and types of bags required by the Contracting Authority. 2. The subject of the contract also includes the operation of the Selective Waste Collection Point (PSZOK), located in the municipality of Ślesin in Lubomyśle. The land for the PSZOK is the property of the Municipality of Ślesin and will be made available to the selected Contractor for the duration of the contract. 3. A detailed description of the subject of the contract, including estimated waste quantities and types, and a description of the Contracting Authority's requirements for implementation and collection, is set out in Annex No. 1 to the SWZ. 4. The proposed contractual provisions – Annex No. 10 to the SWZ. 5. All requirements specified in the above documents constitute minimum requirements, and their fulfillment is mandatory. Failure to meet the above minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as non-compliant with the terms of the contract under Article 226(1)(5) of the Pzp Act.
