Contractors are invited to submit tenders for an open framework agreement covering recruitment, support, guidance and training for foster homes that accommodate children and young adults aged 0-20. To be considered, reviewed and accepted at the first intake, the main intake, your tender must be submitted by no later than 2026-03-09 23:59. Tenders received after 2026-03-09 23:59 will not be considered for review and acceptance at the main intake. To be considered for an annual intake, the tender must have been received by the Purchasing and Procurement Authority by no later than the last working day in March at 23:59, for a decision on admission by 1 June of the same year.
