EcoWerf wishes to have the pruning wood at its recycling parks chipped and removed. The recycling parks are divided into 4 geographical zones with an estimated quantity of 3,400 tonnes/year of pruning wood for the first 4 parcels and an estimated quantity of 2,500 tonnes/year for parcel 5. The chipped pruning wood is removed to EcoWerf's own composting and digestion facility (Wilsele). At the request of EcoWerf, a remainder of chipped material may need to be removed to approved processors. The regions are: Tienen with the following recycling parks: Holsbeek, Lubbeek, Bierbeek, Boutersem, Glabbeek, Tienen Leuven with the following recycling parks: Leuven Wilsele, Leuven Kessel-Lo, Leuven Heverlee, Kortenberg, Bertem Werchter with the following recycling parks: Keerbergen, Begijnendijk, Boortmeerbeek, Haacht, Rotselaar, Tremelo Oost - Messelbroek with the following recycling parks: Aarschot, Landen, Messelbroek, Zoutleeuw, Bekkevoort, Kortenaken
