The subject of the procurement is the supply of chemical substances for the operation of the sludge treatment plant. Full details regarding the products that are the subject of this procurement can be found in the terms of reference and its annexes, which are an integral part of the award documentation. Any interested economic operator has the right to request clarifications or additional information regarding the award documentation, observing the deadline of 19 calendar days before the deadline for the submission of tenders. The contracting authority will respond clearly and completely to all requests for clarification by posting the Consolidated Response in SEAP on the 11th day before the deadline for the submission of tenders. Additionally, if necessary, the Contracting Authority may modify the content of the Award Documentation ex officio by issuing an ex officio clarification to the Award Documentation. Ex officio clarifications may be issued at any time before the deadline for the receipt of Tenders, but the Contracting Authority will allow, if necessary, a sufficient time interval for interested Economic Operators to prepare their Tenders, by extending the deadline for the receipt of Tenders, if the modification cannot be posted in accordance with the above deadline. The deadline will be extended by a period set proportionally to the content of the information included in the Amendment – minimum 3 days. Ex officio clarifications do not represent the Consolidated Response to clarification requests submitted by economic operators, the latter being treated separately here.
