The subject of the contract is the supply of new women's and men's clothing for the employees of Dopravný podnik Bratislava, akciová spoločnosť, which will be intended for wearing by employees of selected professions (MHD drivers, conductors, masters, dispatchers, inspectors, ticket sellers, etc.) during the performance of their duties in the interior and exterior throughout the year. Women's and men's clothing according to the requirements and design manual of the customer – e.g. polo shirts with short/long sleeves, blouses/shirts, trousers, skirts, spring/autumn/winter coats, windbreakers, vests, sweaters/fleece, socks, shoes, clothing accessories and more, work clothing characterized by specific requirements for usability according to the type of profession, work environment, reflective elements and more. The submission of a specific contract within the dynamic purchasing system, hereinafter referred to as “DNS", will be carried out through the electronic tool JOSEPHINE. The exact specification of the subject of the contract will be indicated in the relevant Invitation to Tender within the submission of a specific contract. The contracting authority expects to submit specific contracts within the DNS at irregular, unpredictable intervals, which will depend on the current needs of the contracting authority. The volume of specific contracts submitted within the DNS is expected by the contracting authority to be of varying scope according to the current need in each specific contract submitted within the DNS. Goods will be supplied according to the needs of the contracting authority, according to the detailed description in each specific contract. The Invitation to Tender within the submission of a specific contract will include the type, quantity of goods, delivery deadline and delivery place where the goods will be delivered, and possibly further information.
