Finland – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Alajärven Möksyn osayleiskaavan suunnittelu

The City of Alajärvi invites applications to participate in the preparation of a legally binding partial master plan in accordance with the Land Use and Building Act (AKL) and related studies for the Möksy area of Alajärvi. The objective is to draw up a legally binding partial master plan for the Möksy area in accordance with AKL Section 42 (approximately 15 km2) and a possible detailed plan for separately agreed areas (approximately 600 ha). Information about the planning area and objectives, the scope of the task and the progress of the work is presented in the appendices to the application for participation: 1 Description of the procurement object, 2 Preliminary zoning and 3 Preliminary task description. The procurement will be conducted with a restricted procedure. The procurement will follow the Act on Public Procurement 29.12.2016/1397. A contract based on the general terms and conditions for consulting services (KSE2013) will be made with the selected supplier.
