Romania – Miscellaneous software package and computer systems – Achiziția de servicii de dezvoltare a soluțiilor digitale și licențe aferente soluțiilor digitale de tip Front Office și Back Office, și servicii de instruire

The procurement concerns the acquisition of services for the development, configuration/customization, integration, testing, piloting, implementation and commissioning of integrated digital solutions of the Front Office and Back Office type, the provision of the related software licenses, as well as staff training services, within the project “Innovation and Efficiency in Public Administration: Digital Solutions for Sânpetru de Câmpie, Mureș County”, project code 337082, funded through the 2021–2027 Regional Centre Programme. The solutions will ensure the digitization and streamlining of the Contracting Authority's internal administrative processes, the provision of electronic public services to citizens and businesses, as well as the interoperability and secure exchange of data between system components and, where applicable, with external information systems. The contract includes all activities necessary for the operationalization of the solutions, including installation, configuration, integration, testing, piloting, technical and user documentation, training, support, maintenance and warranty, in accordance with the requirements of the Terms of Reference. Number of days within which clarifications can be requested before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications: 15 days (before the deadline for submission of tenders/applications). Responses to clarification requests regarding the award documentation will be published in SEAP, under the "Documentation, clarifications and decisions" section of the participation notice. The contracting authority sets the following deadline within which it will respond clearly and fully to all clarification requests/additional information requests: the deadline is 10 days before the tender submission deadline specified in the participation notice.
