The subject of the contract is the delivery of a 12-month subscription for standard software in the following maximum quantities: 1) 430 units of licenses - office software package "Microsoft 365 E5 EEA" or equivalent; 2) 430 units of licenses - software package "Microsoft Teams EEA" or equivalent, 3) 150 units of licenses - "Microsoft 365 Copilot" or equivalent, 4) 85 units of licenses - server protection software package "Microsoft Defender for Endpoint for Servers" or equivalent. The criteria for equivalence have been indicated in the contract subject description, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ. 2. The detailed scope of the contract subject and the obligations of the Contractor have been specified in: 1) the contract subject description, which is Annex 3 to the SWZ 2) the draft contract provisions, which are Annex 2 to the SWZ. 3. The main subject of the contract (CPV: Common Procurement Vocabulary): 48000000-8 Software packages and IT systems.
