France – Technical analysis or consultancy services – Prestation d'assistance à TELT pour l'analyse et le traitement des réclamations de ses co-contractants (claim management)

Within the framework of the new Lyon-Turin railway link project, the company TELT, as the contracting authority, is the public promoter responsible for the construction and management of the cross-border section of the future infrastructure. The present contract concerns the provision of assistance to TELT dedicated to the analysis and processing of claims from its co-contractors ("claim management"). The objective of the contract is to support TELT in managing the contractual obligations of the various stakeholders, in monitoring events that may impact the project, and in preparing and formalizing the factual and contractual elements necessary to defend or enforce its rights. The services aim to ensure compliance with the contractual framework and the proper management of deadlines, costs, and risks. The contracts in question were awarded under French public procurement law. The mission will focus on assisting in the analysis and processing of claims submitted to TELT by contract holders, and, primarily, on supporting the preparation of the elements necessary for the drafting of claim memoranda.
