Czechia – Data-processing machines (hardware) – Doplnění aplikačních (x86) serverů s podporou na 5 let

The subject of the public procurement is the purchase of two new x86 servers with a total memory volume of 6 TB, which will be integrated into the existing portfolio of x86 servers (Hyper-V cluster). Furthermore, the subject includes the provision of manufacturer support for this hardware for a minimum of 5 years, including on-site service coverage at the contractor's location on working days in a 5x9 regime. Further specifications of the subject of the contract, including minimum requirements for the new servers, are given in Annex No. 1 of the Contract – Technical Specifications. The contractor reserves the right, in accordance with § 100 para. 1 of the ZZVZ, to change the obligation from the contract, and this is due to the need to ensure compliance with the requirements of Act No. 264/2025 Sb., on cybersecurity, and Decree No. 409/2025 Sb., especially in the area of managing the security of the supply chain. This reserved change relates in particular to the period of gradual implementation of the new requirements of the above-mentioned Act and Decree and the incorporation of Annex No. 5 of the said Decree into the contractual documents. The contractor is entitled to make amendments to the contract to the extent necessary so that the contractual relationship complies with currently binding or newly arising obligations in the area of managing suppliers. Details of this reserved change of obligation are given in Article I, paragraphs 4 and 5 of the binding template of the Contract Proposal, which forms Annex No. 2 of this ZD.
