With the B3-Haus as a "community centre for encounters and movement", a new venue for the social, cultural and associative life of the municipality is being created on the site of the clubhouse in the Niederzier district of Oberzier. As part of this tender, the structural design services for the new building will be awarded. This includes the static and structural design of the building. The project eliminates the lack of a suitable meeting point for gatherings and public spaces for encounters in the locality. At the same time, a clubhouse previously located at this address no longer meets the requirements of the target user groups and is in urgent need of renovation. Against this background, the multifunctional B3-Haus as a "community centre for encounters and movement" is being created at the site of the former clubhouse.
