The project "Construction of Flood Peak Reduction Reservoirs in the Operational Area of the Southern Transdanubian Water Directorate, Establishment of the Felsőegerszeg Reservoir," within the framework of a business contract, involves the establishment of the Dombvidéki Reservoir in the vicinity of Felsőegerszeg, in the 1+750 km section of the Varga-Oroszlói stream, above the planned valley dam. The establishment of the reservoir with a constant operating water level enables its complex utilization (flood peak reduction, water retention, water storage, welfare utilization, agricultural utilization). Its storage capacity at flood water level is 497,677.8 m3. The planned interventions are: - Construction of a valley dam: earth dam construction using local materials - Construction of 1 water level regulator and discharge structure: development of a combined flood level regulator structure with reinforced concrete, steel closure and moving devices, temporary closure option, access bridge and other supplementary facilities - Construction of 1 emergency spillway structure and associated spillway channel: the structure will be prepared with concrete-lined natural stone cladding between the reinforced concrete closure teeth, the structure's upstream and downstream sections, as well as the spillway channel will be prepared with RENO mattress and GABION basket-based channel protection - Reservoir arrangement: humus removal, earth excavation, bank arrangement, channel arrangement - Other ancillary works: utility relocation, road relocation, ditch construction, maintenance strip arrangement, afforestation - Water management and other facilities required for reservoir operation: hydrological station, section stones, land parcel boundary markers, barriers, directional and prohibitory signs - Design and permitting tasks: • Archaeological documentation (depending on the ERD, ERD I. and/or ERD II.) • Unexploded ordnance impact study, • Emergency plan preparation, • Utility relocation plans (if necessary), • Sampling and Quality Assurance Plan (MMT) • Technological Instruction (TU), • Organizational plan, • Occupational health and safety, fire safety, security and health plan, • Flood protection measures plan, • Any other plan whose preparation the Engineer instructs the Contractor. • Recycling plan • Examination of the integration of the planned development elements into the settlement planning plans, and if necessary, modification of the settlement planning plans. The Contractor is responsible for ensuring compliance with the DNSH principle, and during the implementation, the Contractor checks and ensures that the interventions carried out for the implementation are carried out in accordance with the DNSH principle, in line with the requirements of the relevant KEHOP Plusz-1.2.21 call. The DNSH principles applicable to the present investment are: - nature-based solutions and minimization of energy demand (partially) - identification and consideration of ecological requirements - use of native species - green procurement (partially) - preparation of a recycling plan The winning bidder is also responsible for preparing the implementation and realization plans - in accordance with the content of Government Decree 191/2009. (IX. 15.) and the valid legal regulations. The Contractor is responsible for preparing any necessary permitting plans, applications, documentation, and obtaining the legally binding permits from the authorities approving the establishment, in addition to the existing permits. The quantities are only indicative due to the FIDIC Yellow Book construction. The complete scope of work is contained in the further procurement documents. According to Section 46 (3) of Government Decree 321/2015. (X. 30.), in the event of a reference to a specific brand or origin, a specific procedure that characterizes the products of a given economic operator or the services it provides, or a trademark, patent, activity, person, type or specific origin or manufacturing process, the expression "or equivalent" must also be understood in addition to the reference.
