ASBL (Association Saint Benoit Labre) has had its headquarters on the site of the Ville au Blanc in Vertou at 3 allée du Cap Horn since 2015, where it manages 6.5 ha of land, used for agriculture but also classified as US zone (major collective interest facilities, public services, intercommunal or communal equipment hubs). In a bid to control its costs and improve the efficiency of its operations, ASBL has initiated a transformation to bring together, around its headquarters, several devices that were previously scattered across multiple sites and communes. It is in this context that it has entrusted Habitat 44 with the implementation of two construction programs on the site of the Ville au Blanc: - A Maison-relais (family pension) comprising 24 dwellings for 25 places - An Extension of an existing building for the creation of 7 to 10 Lits halte soins santé (LHSS) places. The details of the missions entrusted to the contractor are described in the consultation regulations. The consortium must necessarily include the following required skills: - An architectural firm (architect DPLG, DESA, DEA+ HMONP or equivalent registered with the order) acting as the consortium's lead. - An engineering team bringing together the following skills: - Landscape (the architect can be identified as a landscape architect if they have the competence) - Construction economics - Structure - Thermal / fluids - VRD (with a particular sensitivity and appetite for sites with complex challenges in terms of VRD network connection and sizing) - Technical and general engineering studies to address the usual issues in new construction (fire safety, health risks lead and asbestos, acoustics, CFO / CFA, minor demolition and simple extension of an existing building...) and site development.
