The Procurement Unit invites tenders for the following service package: • Operation services for local network devices for the Contracting Authority's devices The Supplier must offer the entire package. Partial tenders will not be accepted. Alternative tenders will not be accepted. More detailed information and tender requirements for this package can be found in Annex 1 to this tender request, which specifies the minimum and quality requirements for the services to be tendered. The procurement will follow the Act on Public Procurement (1397/2016). The procedure is an open procedure above the EU threshold. The services will be procured for a fixed-term contract period of five years, after which the contract will continue in force until further notice. Learnpoint ICT Oy acts as an expert in the procurement on behalf of the Contracting Authority.
