The Berliner Immobilienmanagement GmbH intends to obtain services for tree care and gardening services for various properties of the Land Berlin through a Dynamic Purchasing System. Tree cutting and tree care measures and felling of non-traffic-safe trees are to be carried out in various properties (including upper secondary schools, administrative buildings, justice, police, fire and cultural facilities). In Category 1 (Tree Care Framework Agreement) services in the form of framework agreements with a longer execution period are tendered. Category 2 (Tree Care Individual Orders) includes one-off services (individual orders) that cannot be covered by the services or conditions of Category 1 and are expected to be completed only over a short execution period. If further, above-mentioned, partial services arise, these will be announced in the respective tender competitions and become part of the scope of services to be provided.
