France – Architectural, construction, engineering and inspection services – Maitrise d’œuvre pour l’amélioration de la sécurité incendie du bâtiment jean Hamburger de l’hôpital Antoine Béclère

This contract concerns the provision of design services for the fire safety improvement and humanisation of care units in the Jean-Hamburger building (sector 01) of the Antoine-Béclère Hospital. The operation involves the hospitalisation units located in wings A, B and C of the floors in the superstructure that have not yet been the subject of the works planned under the establishment's fire master plan. The estimated financial envelope allocated to the works is set at 12,850,000 € excluding tax. The design team must include at a minimum: - an architect; - a structural engineer; - an electrical engineer CFO/CFA; - a fluids engineer; - a fire safety specialist; - an OPC profile.
