Bulgaria – Substation construction work – Ремонт покрив и фасади на ЗРУ и КАС - п/ст „Гълъбово“

In the execution of the public procurement, the following construction works will be carried out:

Repair of 20kV Substation, including the assembly and subsequent dismantling of facade tubular scaffolding, dismantling of brackets, gutters, downpipes, including bends, dismantling of frames, doors, and lightning protection busbar, supply and assembly of AL frames (windows), turning of external and internal sides around the frame, removal of external compromised plaster to a healthy base, priming and plastering in two layers with a leveling adhesive, supply and laying of primer and silicone sealant, mosaic plaster for skirting, supply and installation of metal roof structure, roof sandwich panels with mineral wool, cladding from laminate on boards, installation of downpipes including bends and brackets, removal of internal plaster and plastering, supply and installation of parapet, cleaning of metal column and subsequent painting with enamel paint, painting with latex on the first floor of the substation, installation of lightning protection busbar, supply and installation of fire doors.

Repair of KASS, including the assembly and subsequent dismantling of facade tubular scaffolding, dismantling and subsequent installation of downpipes, partial dismantling of frames, supply and installation of AL and PVC sub-window sills, dismantling of doors, floor coverings terracotta and balatum, supply and installation of frames (windows), entrance and interior doors, turning of external and internal sides around the frame, removal of external compromised plaster to a healthy base, internal compromised plaster and plastering to a healthy base, restoration of external and internal compromised plaster, priming and plastering in two layers with a leveling adhesive, supply and laying of primer and silicone sealant, mosaic plaster for skirting, supply and laying of flooring and skirting from granite, plastering on walls and ceilings of rooms in KASS, painting with latex on walls and ceilings, supply and installation of parapet for terraces, luminaires for KZ and RZ, metal door, detailed in the Technical Specifications.
